Ingredients for Fried Chicken With Basil & Chilli:
Chicken breast 1/2 kg
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Fresh red chillies 6
Fresh basil 6
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Ingredients for Keri Ka Raita:
Yogurt 250 gram
Raw mango 2
Green chillies 2
Milk 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Moong Ki Daal Ki Mangochiyan:
Yellow lentils 250 gram
Onion ground 1 cup
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Green chillies 6
Water 2 glass
Turmeric 1 tsp
All spice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 2 tsp
Oil as required
